How it works
You choose to send your lease text for analysis. The analysis is produced by an AI model and may contain errors. State-law notes are general information about statutes, not a determination that any clause is or isn't enforceable. Clause Lens does not make any automated decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect about you; it only provides information for you to consider.
Purchases
Your first review is free. Additional reviews use one-time credit packs; a credit is consumed per completed review. There is no subscription. Purchases are handled by the App Store and are subject to its refund policy.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Clause Lens is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or your reliance on its output.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court, and not as a class or representative action, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court. (Draft, subject to attorney review, including the arbitration and class-action-waiver terms and any required consumer carve-outs.)
